Here are the diet which can help you for staying out of depression. please try to maintain it and try to bring this onto your lifestyle so that you can live a healthy life.


1. Eat three or four meals per day: Dont just skip a Meal. have all the meals for like Four meals and take them on the same time. Maintain a Time table for food. Dont just eat randomely, so that your body can adjust with its cycle. And eat your dinner before four hours of your sleep for proper digestion.

2. Consume adequate amounts of water: Water is the key, when you get up early in the morning try to consume a lots of water. do you knew it also keep you young?consuming adequet amount of water can be a life saver.

3.Augments B Vitamins: Especially B12 they mostly found in meat, poultry,eggs and milk,mushroom etc


4. Consume fruit,legumes and vegetables whole grains eat healthy and be healthy
